Refund policy
Our policy:
There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT. If a product is defective, You must contact us within 1-2 days after receiving your order and it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before an exchange will be issued. Products must be completely unused and unaltered in order to be reimbursed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
NOTE: Once products have been shipped, I am not responsible for any issues that arise with lost, held, or stolen packages. Ownership of a package transfers immediately to buyer upon delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect address at the time of purchase and your order has already been shipped, I am not responsible due to your error.
