Shipping policy

Shipping can take up to 3-10 business days after the processing period. Once your order is placed  there is a mandatory 24-72 hour processing period (up to 3 FULL BUSINESS DAYS). This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping and tracking. Business days are not weekends nor holidays.

Once your processing period clears, your ORDER'S business days begin.

Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with around/on the 4 OR 5 business day.

Once you receive your tracking number, give it a few hours to update into the USPS system. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 business days depending on your location. In total, shipping take 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.

WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.

BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESSES ON OUR END.

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday (excluding TUESDAYS,THURSDAYS & holidays).

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

In the event there is an issue you will receive an email notification of these details.

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.
